By accessing or using the SwakVet™ platform (including the website swakvet.com and any associated mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use SwakVet™. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including veterinary clinic administrators, veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and any other staff granted access to a clinic account.

SwakVet™ is an AI-powered veterinary intelligence platform that assists veterinary professionals with: - Interpretation of blood test results through AI analysis. - Generation of structured veterinary medical reports in PDF format. - Access to a veterinary resource library (selected plans). - AI clinical assistant tools (selected plans). SwakVet™ is a clinical support tool only. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment advice, or medical recommendations. All AI-generated output is intended to assist licensed veterinary professionals and must be reviewed before clinical use.

SwakVet™ AI output must NOT be used as a substitute for professional veterinary judgment. - All AI-generated interpretations, reports, and suggestions are drafts only and require review and validation by a licensed veterinarian. - SwakVet™ does not diagnose animal conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide definitive clinical conclusions. - The platform is intended to support clinical reasoning, not replace it. - Final diagnosis and treatment decisions are solely the responsibility of the licensed veterinarian attending the patient. SwakVet™ expressly disclaims liability for any clinical outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated output without appropriate veterinary review.

SwakVet™ is designed for use by licensed or authorised veterinary professionals where applicable under local law. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that: - You are a licensed veterinarian, registered veterinary nurse, or authorised veterinary clinic staff member where your jurisdiction requires such licensing. - You will use SwakVet™ in compliance with all applicable professional, legal, and ethical standards. - You accept sole responsibility for all clinical decisions made using or informed by SwakVet™ output. - You have obtained appropriate consent from pet owners for data processing where required by law. SwakVet™ reserves the right to terminate accounts if users are found to misrepresent their professional status.

To use SwakVet™, you must register for an account. You are responsible for: - Providing accurate and up-to-date account information. - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - All activity that occurs under your account. - Notifying SwakVet™ immediately of any unauthorised account access. You must not share your account credentials with individuals outside your clinic unless they are registered as staff users under your account.

You agree to use SwakVet™ only for lawful, professional veterinary purposes. You must NOT: - Upload false, misleading, or fabricated blood test data. - Use the platform for purposes other than legitimate veterinary clinical documentation. - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the SwakVet™ AI system. - Share, resell, or redistribute AI-generated reports as your own original work without appropriate attribution. - Use SwakVet™ to process data from non-animal (human) patients. - Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws, professional codes of conduct, or these Terms. Misuse, abuse, submission of false data, illegal use, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

SwakVet™ operates on a subscription basis with plans as displayed on the Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to: - Payment of subscription fees as stated at the time of purchase. - Automatic renewal of monthly or annual subscriptions unless cancelled before the renewal date. - No refunds for unused AI report credits within a billing period. - Possible changes to pricing with reasonable advance notice. The Starter plan provides 5 AI reports as a one-time free allocation. Subsequent use requires a paid plan.

All intellectual property rights in the SwakVet™ platform, including the AI engine, software, design, brand, and content, are owned by SwakVet™ and its licensors. You retain ownership of the clinic data, patient records, and uploaded files you submit to the platform. By uploading data, you grant SwakVet™ a limited licence to process that data to provide the services. AI-generated reports produced using your clinic data may be used by your clinic for clinical documentation purposes. You may not resell or commercialise AI-generated reports as standalone products.

SwakVet™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SwakVet™ does not warrant that: - AI interpretations will be accurate, complete, or error-free. - The platform will be uninterrupted or free of technical defects. - AI output will be suitable for any specific clinical purpose. AI blood test interpretation may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. All AI output must be reviewed by a qualified veterinarian before clinical use or client communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SwakVet™ shall not be liable for: - Any clinical outcomes, errors in diagnosis, or treatment decisions made based on AI-generated output. - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. - Data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions. - Loss of revenue, clients, or professional reputation. SwakVet™'s total liability in any matter relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of SwakVet™ is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SwakVet™ may suspend or terminate your account at any time for: - Violation of these Terms and Conditions. - Non-payment of subscription fees. - Misuse, abuse, or fraudulent use of the platform. - Legal or regulatory requirements. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice within the platform. Continued use of SwakVet™ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SwakVet™ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
